Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy for children with Autism in the Casa Grande area. This afternoon-hours position offers competitive pay of $20-$28 per hour and open opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions in natural environments, collecting data, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure program consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families; pass a background check; willingness to learn and implement feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
