Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center team. You will implement client treatment plans under BCBA supervision, providing direct one-on-one therapy and collecting data on behaviors.

Travel to various settings may be required, with a focus on confidentiality and professional development. You’ll participate in our RBT Rise training program to ensure high-quality care for every keiki and family we serve.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• Must meet BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain RBT certification through the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, or schools.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address goals.
• Accurately collect and record client data and progress.
• Monitor progress with supervising BCBAs and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation and open communication with parents/caregivers and team.

Skills

Direct ABA experience

BACB RBT certification (preferred)

Strong written and verbal skills

Excellent time management

Interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation & driver’s LIC

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (related field)

Currently enrolled in college/university (preferred)
