Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to monitor progress, while maintaining confidentiality and professional development.

You may travel to various settings, including centers, homes, and schools, as part of client care. The role emphasizes training, certification maintenance, and growth within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Direct ABA experience or working with children is preferred.
• BACB Registered Behavior Technician certificate is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to centers/schools/home settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy in various settings (Centers, homes, schools).
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs.
• Data Collection: accurately record client behaviors and responses.
• Progress Monitoring: track client progress and adjust plans with supervising BCBAs.
• Behavior Reduction: apply approved strategies per BIP to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Skill Acquisition: help clients develop functional and social skills.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: train families on intervention techniques.
• Documentation: complete progress notes and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
