InBloom Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center team. The RBT follows plans from BCBAs/BCaBAs, delivering one-on-one therapy, collecting data, and collaborating closely with supervising clinicians.

Formación

• Passion for working with children.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the RBT certification exam within training period.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including centers, homes, and schools.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques to address challenging behaviors.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills and communication abilities.
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing strategies at home.
• Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members.
