Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients develop meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA services in various settings, implementing programs, and maintaining accurate notes. Traveling to cases and adhering to ethics and privacy standards are essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or education is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work the scheduled hours and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings as assigned.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and maintain clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
