Job summary

InBloom Autism Services seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center. You will implement client treatment plans, provide direct one-on-one therapy, and collect data to monitor progress under supervision of BCBAs/BCaBAs.

This role requires travel to various settings and a commitment to confidentiality and professional development. Our program emphasizes growth and supporting families while delivering high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet BACB eligibility to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings (centers, homes, schools).
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide parent/caregiver training on intervention techniques.
