Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across centers, homes, and schools. You will collect data, follow BCBAs’ plans, and monitor progress while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The role requires travel to various settings and a commitment to ongoing training and certification support. A strong communication skill set and dependable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and data collection abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, and schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans designed by BCBAs.
• Data collection and reporting of client behaviors and responses.
• Track progress with supervising BCBAs and adjust plans as needed.
• Use approved behavior reduction techniques per plan.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional and social skills.
• Train and support parents/caregivers on home strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
