Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our learning center and implement client treatment plans with fidelity. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs on progress and needs.

Travel to multiple settings may be required, and confidentiality is essential. Through our RBT Rise Program, you’ll receive proprietary training to deliver high-quality care, grow professionally, and advance your career while helping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including Centers, homes and/or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow plans designed by BCBAs to address behavioral goals.
• Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
• Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to track progress and adjust plans.
• Behavior Reduction Techniques: Use approved strategies outlined in the plan.
• Skill Acquisition: Help clients develop functional skills and communication.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: Train caregivers on implementation at home.
• Documentation: Complete required paperwork and session notes.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with BCBAs, parents, and team.
