Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy at our learning center. You will implement BCBAs’ plans, collect data, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBA staff to track progress and outcomes.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be eligible for BACB RBT certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills and reliability. Travel to local settings is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must meet BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, and/or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans designed by BCBAs.
• Data Collection: accurately record client behaviors and responses.
• Progress Monitoring with supervising BCBAs and adjusting plans as needed.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: support implementing strategies at home.
