Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center team. The role involves implementing client treatment plans created by BCBAs, providing direct one-on-one therapy, and accurately recording data on client behaviors.

Travel to various settings may be required, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professional development. We offer an RBT Rise Program to build skills, advance careers, and support ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-on-one ABA therapy with children.
• Ability to follow BCBA-designed behavior plans and collect data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in centers, homes, and schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as designed by BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and record client data during sessions.
