Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center team. The RBT implements client treatment plans under BCBAs/BCaBAs, collects data, and collaborates on progress, with travel to various settings as needed.

Qualifications

• Direct ABA experience or working with children is preferred.
• BACB RBT certification required or within training period.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, or schools.
• Follow BCBAs' behavior intervention plans to meet goals.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors.
