Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Malden, MA, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote skill development and generalization.

The role requires an RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma, and a passion for helping children with autism and related needs. A reliable vehicle and driving license are preferred for client visits.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
