Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Watertown, MA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure skills generalize across settings.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or eligibility to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with families and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
