Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, implement behavior intervention plans, and collect real-time progress data using our clinical software. You will work closely with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure skill generalization and meaningful outcomes.

The role requires active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in psychology or related field is a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism/developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
