Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans devised by a BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization of skills
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
