Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision, collect real-time data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure generalization of skills.

The role offers a supportive clinical team, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth in a leading ABA program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
