Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under supervision.

You will collect real-time data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, and help create meaningful outcomes while maintaining a safe, engaging environment. Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus)
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
