Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
