Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect data in real time, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
