Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistency and progress.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children achieve meaningful outcomes, with a supportive team and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus)
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
