Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting. You will implement individualized plans and report progress to families, while drawing on your caregiving or education background to thrive in a supervised clinical environment.

The role offers paid training toward RBT certification, with clear progression opportunities and a structured pathway for raises and promotions as you develop skills and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with preferred college coursework in child development or education.
• Experience with children is helpful; background in caregiving, paraprofessional, or direct support roles is valued.
• Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in the center.
• Implement plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Apply skills from caregiving or education in a supported clinical environment.
