Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in our center. You will implement plans from master’s level clinicians and report progress to families, bringing childcare and caregiving experience into a supervised clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in child development/psychology/education or related field.
• Experience with children through childcare, daycare, paraprofessional, direct support, or caregiving roles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, teamwork, and comfort using computers/tablets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a supported clinical environment.
