Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–6 in a center setting. You will implement plans created by master’s-level clinicians and report progress to families, applying skills from caregiving or education in a supportive clinical environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are willing to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks, and have experience with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
