Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6, guided by ESDM principles and clinical plans. You will support families and collaborate with our Masters-level clinicians to ensure fidelity to ABA methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.
• Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs., etc.
• Computer and tablet literacy.
• Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, ensuring alignment with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
