Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You'll follow a BCBA-guided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships with clients, with close support from your BCBA.

We offer a mentor-based path toward BCBA certification, with options for full-time or part-time schedules across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one with BCBA mentor
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based support to children with autism in home, school, and community settings
• Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA and collect data on progress
• Build consistent relationships that support child growth
