Job summary

Alpaca Health in Texas is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools and communities. You’ll follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to show progress.

You’ll receive direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA rather than managers, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules to meet client needs.

We support growth toward BCBA certification, and, where applicable, training reimbursement and hands-on learning to help you advance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• At least 18 years old, HS diploma or equivalent, and able to pass a background check.
• Be physically able to lift ~50 lbs and stay active with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow, with BCBA mentorship and guidance.
