Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You’ll follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build strong, consistent relationships that help kids grow.

The BCBA is closely involved, offering mentorship rather than management, and you’ll have a clear path toward BCBA certification. We offer $20–$27/hour based on experience and location, with full-time or part-time options and flexible

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one within a short timeframe.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow individualized plans from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to support student growth.
