Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You’ll follow a BCBA's plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress daily.

No RBT certification is required to apply for many roles here; we provide mentorship from a dedicated BCBA and a clear path toward certification. We offer flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need patience and creativity
• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids
• Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
• Can stay physically active (able to lift ~50 lbs)
• 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies
• Collect data and build consistent relationships to support child growth
