Alpaca Health hires RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement strategies, and collect data daily. The BCBA mentor is accessible and supportive, not a manager, helping you grow from day one.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or the drive to earn one.
• Reliability and dependable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Pass a background check and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and data collection under a BCBA's plan.
• Maintain consistent relationships and follow individualized treatment plans.
