Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, following a BCBA-provided plan, implementing behavior strategies and collecting data to track progress.

We offer direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time hours to fit client needs, and a clear path toward BCBA certification with potential training reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience with children and ability to lift ~50 lbs.
• Own transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Maintain consistent relationships and report progress to the BCBA.
