Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or the drive to earn one.
• Genuinely enjoy working with children who need extra patience and creativity.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan and maintain consistent relationships with clients.
