Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA mentor, collect data, and help families track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow personalized plans from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and monitor progress to support growth.
• Maintain consistent relationships with clients and families, with BCBA mentorship.
