Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children who have autism, in homes, schools, and communities. You will implement BCBA plans, collect data, and support families daily.

Full-time or part-time roles available with flexible morning, afternoon, and some evening hours. Active RBT certification preferred; training and BCBA mentorship provided to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or drive to earn one.
• Reliable and dependable with a patient approach to care.
• Available mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Able to lift around 50 lbs when assisting children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision and collect data.
• Engage families and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
