Job summary

Alpaca Health offers in-person roles working one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect data, and build strong, consistent relationships with families under close BCBA support.

Starting as an active RBT or pursuing certification, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship from a BCBA, with training reimbursement opportunities and flexible full-time or part-time options to match client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or the drive to earn one.
• Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related fields.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow BCBA-provided plans, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships with families and supervisees.
