Job summary

Alpaca Health in Arlington, TX is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You can join as an active RBT or pursue BCBA mentorship; training support is provided, and no corporate supervisor stands between you and families.

This in-person role offers daily hands-on guidance from a BCBA, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and build consistent relationships with clients.
• BCBA closely involved and reachable.
