Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares across Texas. You’ll follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress. Mentorship is provided from day one; no corporate supervisors involved.

We welcome both certified and non-certified applicants. Full-time or part-time roles are available with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts to meet client needs; transportation to client sites is

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Ability to work one-on-one with kids in homes, schools and communities.
• Reliable transportation to reach client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA support under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized plans, collect data, and implement behavior strategies.
• Maintain consistent relationships with clients and families.
