Alpaca Health, Inc. in Texas is seeking compassionate RBTs to join our in-person team.

You will work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings, following a BCBA-designed plan and collecting data to track progress. Whether you are already certified or on a path to certification, you will receive dedicated mentorship from a BCBA, flexible full- or part-time schedules, and support for becoming certified.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Willingness to earn RBT certification if not already certified
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
• Availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Maintain consistent relationships to support kids' growth under BCBA mentorship
