Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build strong relationships that help kids grow.

We offer direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and options for full-time or part-time schedules. A path toward BCBA certification is supported.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification or be on track to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move with kids.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support growth and development.
