Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred, or a clear path to obtain one.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Background check will be required; experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Maintain consistent relationships to support child growth; BCBA mentorship provided from day one.
