Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities in Texas. No active RBT certification is required for many roles; we’ll help you obtain it with a clear path and BCBA mentorship from day one.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated BCBA, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and career growth toward BCBA certification. Pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, with training reimbursement in some practices.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Ability to work with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Follow a personalized plan from the BCBA.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow.
