Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, collect data, and implement behavior strategies to support child growth.

A dedicated BCBA mentor guides you from day one, with opportunities for training reimbursement as you pursue certification. We welcome both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification, offering full-time or part-time schedules to fit client needs and region.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and schools.
• Physically able to move and assist with activities (lift ~50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support child growth and progress.
