Active RBT certification is preferred, though a path to certification is provided. Roles support full‑time or part‑time hours across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred; if not, Alpaca Health helps you start toward certification.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow with guidance from a BCBA mentor.
