Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data under direct mentorship.

Active RBT certification is preferred, or you can start without it and earn while you work. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a flexible schedule, a supportive BCBA mentor, and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Collaborate with a BCBA mentor for guidance and support.
