Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children who have autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and record data to track progress. Mentorship from a dedicated BCBA ensures you’re supported from day one.

We welcome both new and certified RBTs. Full-time or part-time roles are available with flexible hours across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. A clear path toward BCBA certification is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required; if not obtained, Alpaca Health will assist in earning one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Experience working with children with autism is valued; ability to work in homes, schools and daycares.
• Must be able to lift up to ~50 lbs and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and maintain client progress notes.
• Receive mentorship from a dedicated BCBA and grow toward BCBA certification.
