Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.

Active RBT certification is preferred or you can start the journey with our support; we offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or commitment to obtain one.
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to work with children with autism and follow BCBA plans.

Responsibilities
