Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring to support kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycare settings. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA mentor, implementing individualized plans and collecting data to track progress.

We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates. Active RBT certification is preferred, with a clear path to BCBA. Training reimbursement is available for those pursuing certification.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or be on track to obtain one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Ability to travel to client homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms or communities.
• Follow BCBA-created plans, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships with clients and families; maintain regular communication with BCBA.
