Job summary

Alpaca Health seeks compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will follow BCBA-directed plans, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trust with clients and families to support growth.

Roles can be full-time or part-time with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. We offer mentorship from a BCBA, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and opportunities for training reimbursement as you progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to earn one.
• Dependable with client scheduling and transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data and track progress to inform decisions.
• Maintain consistent relationships with families and team members.
