Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs for in-person, one-on-one work with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-guided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data daily, with a reachable BCBA mentor guiding you from day one.

This full-time or part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and potential training reimbursement for certification or hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Transport to client homes and schools as needed.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to kids in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-approved plan, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to promote growth and learning.
