Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll implement behavior plans under a BCBA supervisor, collect data, and help families see daily progress.

Active RBT certification is ideal; full-time or part-time options; reimbursement for training and a clear path toward BCBA certification. We provide mentorship, flexible scheduling to meet client needs, and a supportive team on the ground.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred.
• Path toward BCBA with mentorship from a BCBA.
• Training reimbursement and pay during hands-on learning for those earning certification.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-developed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids' growth; BCBA mentor remains accessible.
