Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking an in-person RBT to support children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA mentor to guide your growth.

You may start with either full-time or part-time hours, depending on client needs, and you will gain hands-on experience while earning your RBT credentials and advancing toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data as per BCBA plans.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and maintain consistent progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA mentors to grow clinically and professionally.
